If I'm the poor man you have in mind, yes.
I've seen the DxO mark tests on various cameras, but I'd love to do a
real life test of the D700, K-x and the 7D.
Get people with each of those cameras to spend some time shooting in
the same situations and compare the results.
Some possible shoots:
A night time photowalk around a city,
a low light blues dance
a high school basketball game
a high school play
a band in a small club
