it seems it was a "case dismissed":

difficult to distinguish because of their equipment. "


Interesting take. The military is still holding Omar Khadr for killing a medic who was "mixed in" with US troops. Soldiers have hard decisions to make. Do they kill civilians in the name of killing the enemy?
Do they let the enemy go because he is hiding amoungst civilian?
On way makes them look weak, I suppose, and the other way makes them look evil.
They aren't going to win, no matter what.
