SanDisk Extreme iii used to be 20mb/sec (class 6) but now come in 30mb/sec versions. In general, you'll pay as much for a 4 GB as you would for a 8 GB class 6 model (assuming you are looking at Amazon or similar).
I have not yet tried the faster card in my K200D and just purchased an 8GB class 6 to go with my original 4 GB class 6 card.
