But that still doesn't seem to get the book printed on premium paper.
It saves $15 on the total cost of the order - presumably the extra
amount that a premium paper version would cost - but the order still
seems to be for a regular-paper version, only cheaper.
I didn't see where there was an option to choose premium paper for the
PDML Annual. I guess when that option is not there it can only discount
the regular paper version.
