How sweet, they're fighting over us. Actually, it seems that Sony is just fighting Pentax and everyone else besides for their customers. Canon, like a lot of businesses, would be open to the idea of absorbing any small competitor but Hoya has already 'mopped up' Pentax. It's always possible that Hoya has got what it wanted from Pentax and is ready to spit out the husk.
