best budget MF 100mm macro

i've been doing a lot of macro with with my 16-45, and enjoying it a 
lot, but also getting tired of crawling around on the ground; i've 
realized a 100mm (or longer) macro could save my back a bit of wear; i'm 
fine with manual focus, but would prefer aperture control (green button 
slows me down a lot), so what would people recommend as a real value in 
this category (sub-$100 on a good craig's list day)?
