Just got another P67 lens in the mail today. This one is the leaf shutter 90mm F2.8 SMC Takumar.
Ran a quick test roll using flash to test the leaf shutter and everything works OK, thank God. I read on the internet that this lens has questionable sharpness but thats not the result I got! This thing is as crisp as my other 4 P67 lenses which is saying it's VERY sharp corner to corner ( at least at F11 which is what I shot with). Dont know what it could do wide open , but I never shoot wide open with medium format as the DOF is too narrow. Anyway, heres a sample pic (~500kb) showing the detail in the print. Film=Tmax 400, 1/500 (leaf) @F11 8X10 wet print. http://www.gate.net/~hifisapi/slotcase90mm.jpg Still waiting on a 75mm, but if its as good as my other P67 lenses, I'll be all set. (45mm thru 300mm).
