Hi!

I realize this has been discussed a number of times, so I apologize in advance. Most recent demonstrations of K-5 at very high ISO settings on pentax forums using Topaz Denoise were very impressive. I thought that instead of buying a new camera (which is out of the question at this moment and few more moments to come) I might buy (use a freeware one) noise reduction software to extend the effectively useful ISO range of my K-7.

Presently I downloaded Topaz Denoise for the trial and it is very impressive. I wonder are there any alternatives or even better products?

What would you recommend?

Thanks.

Boris
