Four 645D sensors would be 6.6 by 8.8 so a 6x7 would be about 116 MP with the same pixel size. I don't really need it, but I would be winning to make a fool of myself for the greater good.
Put that sensor in a classic 67 body. Now that would be a beast of a camera.
