Make sure to wash film for 15 mins in running water.
And use distilled water, as last wash.
Some traces still are possible, but then you can use distilled water
again, even after drying.

Now, I use simple dishwashing product as wetting agent. Maybe this is
the culprit?
Or maybe not enough wetting agent?
