I tried too search the web too, seems to be no joy there. In the age of the bayonet on hood, clip on hoods are passe, it seems. Personally I'd rather use a good old fashioned screw on circular hood, but unfortunately...

That is very much like the one I have (mine looks a little shorter).
Unfortunately there is no model number on it. It just says "Sigma
Perfect Hood". I searched the web for more info in vain. Perhaps Rob
could give you the measurements or a model number?
My apologies

Unfortunately the screw in lens hood I'd been using won't. So I'm looking
for suggestions. What I'd really like is a clip on lens hood for a ~35mm on
full frame. Anybody have anything you can recommend? (Boz's site shows the
PH-S52 as the proper hood, but it's listed as the proper hood for the 24mm
on full frame as well so what's up with that? Not to mention that it seems
to be made out of unobtainable these days). I'd really like something
matched to the APS-C format for proper hood length.
I've been using a 50mm Sigma clip-on tulip hood on mine for use on the
APS DSLRs for years now, works a treat:
