G'day Paul - I have the 50-200 and it's a very good lens indeed: weighs almost nothing compared with the A70-210 it has essentially replaced, and the image quality is nearly as good. Can't comment on the other lens, unfortunately, I'd really like the 55-300 I think.

Ideally Pentax would have a compact 70-200/4 to complement the 60-250/4 but they don't and neither does any of the 3rd part manufacturers.
