I would be willing to just accept your judgment on this Mark, but I think 
Rick's comment concerning the international nature of their concern and also of 
our group provides a perfect logical basis for accepting your suggestion. In 
other words, go for it. And thank you for continuing to spearhead this project 
and for doing such a fine job with it.
