Yes indeed, I'm watching the footage on TV and it's deeply disturbing. A
tsunami is crossing across the Pacific. Hopefully it'll be a lot smaller by
the time it reaches other countries.
We've had a Japanese search and rescue team helping us here, it's heartbreaking
for them to go home to this. I wish there was something I could do.

I turn on the radio when I wake at night to help get back to sleep. at 7
am NY time I heard that news and didn't get back to sleep for some time
... amazing and terrible...
