My first camera was purchased, on a whim, at a household auction and paid for with paper route money. I must have been 11 or so. It was a Kodak 828 Bantam exactly like this one: http://www.shuttersniped.com/2011/03/14/vintage-kodak-bantam-folding-camera-nice-828-1938-exc/ This would have been around 1970, and 828 film was still available in my hometown but only one place would order it... the downtown Rexall Drug Store. Eventually they told me they couldn't get it anymore.
