Agreed, Doug did not create the problem, but he recognized there was a problem and did what needed to be done to get it fixed.

In fact, I think he went beyond the "extra mile", because I know he sent personal off-list emails to some to inform them what was going on and what he was doing about it.

And for that, I thank him.
