I definitely hope so...:)

I can live w/o that panorama mode, but it's not totally useless. I happened
to shoot several pics in this mode and also found it to be of some help when
composing some scenes...

> 2. AF system from MZ-S

Absolutely yes. Recently, when being at the seaside, I tried to shoot flying
seagulls and the AF of my MZ-5n didn't performed perfectly. I haven't seen
the pics yet, so I can't tell if they are in focus, but the AF tended to
hunt or mispredict the bird's movement...

> 4. P-TTL with synch at 1/125 + HSS

Definitely. In fact, as the MZ-6 has it, the MZ-5n/3 succesor(s) will have
it for sure:) Perhaps with synch at 1/180?:)

> 5. Mirror lock-up or pre-fire.

That would be great but I doubt we'll get it - the MLU wold make the MZ-5n/3
successor too highly specificated, I think...

> 6. Film leader out function

Ah, yes:) Plus MRC!

> 8. Grip - make it a bit larger.

I'd rather prefer the new camera to be compatible with the battery pack FG -
it makes my MZ-5n big enough for my hands (w/o the pack it's too small for
me:)))

> 10. Max shutter speed of 1/4000

That's for sure, I think...
