Or you could go to http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm and download the batch file that will automatically install a new hosts file that has a current list of most abuse sites.
If you have an existing hosts file the batch file renames it & saves it as a backup before installing the new file.
I've been using the mvps.org hosts file for almost 10 years now, and it's saved a lot of aggravation. I try to remember to update it about every six months or so.
