They were indeed neat little vehicles. One of my best friends in college had one, I remember three of us driving from Hanover New Hampshire to Philadelphia one weekend -- three of us in the Ghia, me sitting on the back, slipping my feet between the two front sets, windblown all the way. I couldn't hear properly for a week after we returned.
