It's about 1-year old. But I just discovered it... I thought people like Larry, who are crazy about GPS-tagging photos, might be excited about this interesting capability of synchronizing video with the map.
Apparantly, Google made 150 hours of video on Trans-Siberian Railway (Moscow - Vladivostok) last year: http://www.google.ru/intl/ru/landing/transsib/en.html It's too bad you cannot control the map to get to the corresponding portion of the video. ;-) Enjoy!
