Yeah, shooting when the light is good probably works better than shooting with the light you have.


I don't care much for 2 and 3, they just look like snapshots.

That's a good description of the problem. Any suggestion as to how I could solve it? Or is it just one of those things that isn't as photogenic as one would think?




The last three, personally, I would have squared up to them and shot
them from straight on.  That's my particular preference, but they
don't really speak to me.
