Igor, My lighting was thus: 1) 2 soft boxes @ 30 degrees, right and left. 2) on-camera flash, to fill in the face and hair shadows, but which also added that reflection (I should have diffused it) 3) a single fluorescent above and back right to add just a little something to the hair and wall.
Also, the logo on her shirt is the company logo. So leaving it was desirable.
