I wanted a couple of litres (quarts is what I got) of Ilford Microphen, which is not an uncommon product, one would think, and was told by the local so called pro shop that I would be better off ordering it myself from New York. It seems that Ilford Canada is supplied by B&H Photo. This is the same pro shop that doesn't stock prime focal length lenses at all.
