I have a cable, approx 15 ft long, that has a mini hdmi connection at
one end (fits into k-5), and an hdmi connection at the other, which I
plug directly into an Optoma HD projector.  You could also connect to
a television, or computer monitor with hdmi-inputs.  (Sadly, I can't
connect to my macbook, I don't know of any laptops with an hdmi-in...
)
