We had one of those for the 1984 World's Fair. It would carry you to and from 
Algiers (which is the murder capitol of the New Orleans area). Rumor had it 
that the construction people were carrying big bags of cement to the Fair site 
by putting them in those little cars, and that some of the cars snapped loose 
and went into the river.
