I don't have 4/3rds lens to compare but I am pleased with the look of the Pentax glass. The $45.00 35-80 Pentax zoom works great but can't beat those primes. That 14mm will have to wait. I don't think of this as a landscape camera but it did work surprisingly well for hand-held close-up work using a cheap Raynox.

You haven't really crossed to the darkside, at least you're using good
glass...    However with that 2x crop you really don't have anything
that qualifies as wide angle,
