David, i think has summed it up here.

The bride is a pretty plain person, does not get into fancy parties
clothes etc. I finally had a chance to discuss this a bit today, and
all she wants is photos at getting ready, the church and reception,
pretty plain stuff, no travel to a park or stream what have you. I
have a good mind, and will confirm at the rehearsal, of what i want
and need to do now. My main concern was the church as its been 12
years since i shot an indoor wedding, flash settings and how well the
fong dong will work, if at all in a big church. The three i did in
2010 were all out door affairs, with indoor receptions.

I do plan on trying to get her out of the church site if possible. I
also thought we only had a short time after the ceremony for pictures,
but i misunderstood and we have a good hour at least.

Thanks for all the tips, even with friends weddings its stressful for
me. I want to give them good picture, not fuzzy instagram shots:-)
