I also have the Pentax adapter, and never noticed any infinity focus problem. As Paul stated, it can be a bit tricky to release and remove the adapter, but the Pentax version come with a little tool that makes the task easier. Dan Matyola http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/danieljmatyola
