I have the Photo Trekker AW and think it's great. You can fit about as much as you're physically capable of carrying in it. I've done hikes with two 35mm bodies (OK, one of them was an MX), 300/2.8, 20, 24, 50, 100mm macro, 80-200 zoom, two teleconverters, assorted filters and accessories AND a Pentax 645 with 45, 75 and 200mm lenses. Disadvantages: You have to keep one camera around your neck and take the pack off for lens changes and other major equipment alterations. Advantages: BIG carrying capacity Can strap a tripod to it Well-balanced means of carrying load Good protection for gear Doesn't LOOK obviously like it's full of expensive camera gear (unless, of course, you have that tripod strapped to it!) -- Mark Roberts www.robertstech.com - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
