Your very right.  There are many levels of ability in our society.
I would suggest we get some categories defined and agreed on,
and there's a special one for those on their mobiles all the time.
Not numpties, but Numb Nuts...find them walking around the Arboretum
all the time.  They can't be unplugged from the collective consciousness.
Borgs I suppose, like 7 of 9.
