The power setting on 200T is useful only in manual mode. It does nothing in 
TTL mode. On Z-1p, flash power can be altered on the camera. I do not think 
you can alter the TTL flash power with Super A/program.

Raise the flash higher, or point the flash to the ceiling (must be white) 
can cure the problem, though not practical with 200T.

Though this method is not for everyone, I often put a light diffuser on the 
lens when using flash indoor. The subjects will appear less harsh. Also, you 
can use manual flash and decrease the flash output by 1 f-stop (compensated 
by ambient light). For instance, I often use ISO400, 1/60s, f4, TTL flash 
output decreased by 1 stop (same with manual flash) in restaurants.
