You can do a batch edit of time/date data within Lightroom. You can

subtract 13hrs and 15 minutes from all selected times.

How do I know? I frequently forget to set some or all camera clocks
when going or when coming back.

Yep, I do the same. When I went to France I forgot to re-set the clock
in the camera and all the photo times were off. Now I leave the camera
clock alone because it's easier to fix post hoc in Lightroom. (There
are plenty of freeware apps that will do the same job, btw)

I still haven't found one that will fix the discrepancy it leaves between
"Date Created" & "Date File Modified".

ExifTool fixes the "Date Created", but leaves the "Date File Modified" uncorrected.
I end up with ...

Date Created: 3/31/2007, 7:39:53 AM (originally 1/2/2006, 1:39:53)
Date File Modified: 1/2/2006, 1:39:56 AM

This is the first image I have from when I got the K10D.

Plus, Windoze sets the file date to the current date & time whenever I run ExifTool. I guess I could monkey around with the computer date/time to fool Windoze, but I haven't felt like making the effort until I can get the "Date File Modified" correction to work.
