The K20 isn't _that_ bad at 800 ISO. Mine sure isn't. That noise looks
like a background of Ramen noodles. Did you shoot straight to JPEG?
Pull the exposure up in post a whole bunch? Is it a majorly serious
crop?

You should really try Nik Dfine on stuff like this. Works quite well
at removing stubborn noise.
