Absolutely right. Except they are very poor people, barely able to pay their own rent from social security. I could take legal action, but civil lawsuits can take years here with appeals. Eventually the judge would rule in my favor but they still won't be able to pay. Worse things have happened here during the crisis. People lost their jobs with months of unpaid salaries in the last couple of years. They have won their lawsuits, they still didn't get the money.
