Good to know, Larry. I was wondering which of the smaller Pentax bodies
might be good. I will research it. Thanks.

In the same vein, when I was testing the K-r for Luiz, I
was very impressed by it. They addressed almost all of the issues
of the K-x and slightly improved the performance.

I've seen them used for around $300.

A friend shoots u4/3, and all but the newest (read expensive)
bodies quite suck for low light.

I doubt that you will find anything smaller, lighter and better
performing than the K-r, with a viewfinder, even used, for under $400.

There's the Nikon D7000, but I haven't been terribly impressed
by the performance.
