Tell me about it. The Ibanez mando I got literally was only half finished!! I took everything off and filed and sanded down all the rough edges on the f-holes. It was really shocking. I sanded the new bridge to fit perfectly - the old one was literally touching at either end of the feet in just a tiny contact area. Took me a while to get it set up right with new D'addarios but it sounds completely different than when I took it in.
