That's true. There was a transitional period in the early nineties when it was 
in a kind of equilibrium. But there was a need to make it financially viable. 
And the huge Marriott hotel brought in thousands of German and Japanese 
tourists every week. It's not great now, but it can be a bit of fun. Great 
place for people pics. And I think the theaters and restaurants are doing well 
again. It could be a lot worse.
