I have that "plastic Melitta single cup cone maker" for my camping
excursions.

I use a 4-cup Mr Coffee at home. It's going on 37 years old now & it's
still chugging away. I did think to stock up on spare carafes when they
changed the design several years ago.

I have the French press, an old vintage 1950s Silex vacuum maker and
a plastic Melitta single cup cone maker. Somewhere I have a tin
percolate for camping.

The Melitta is my daily. The Bodum is for weekends. The Silex is
every month or two because it takes time, is labour intensive and I
don't want to break it.

I'm multi-system, Frank. No aero-press, but besides French press
and a stovetop espresso, I have a fancy ceramic Japanese pour-over
(spiral ribbed to create a vortex) and a Bodum Santos vacuum
brewer. French press is my daily rider though. ;-)

I thought you did aero press? (Or whatever that messy, finicky
system
is called)

Or are you like me: a multi-system type of guy?
