I was using mostly SM lenses till a while back tho not on a k1000 but
first a vivitar 4000s and then a ricoh xr-10. The results were always
well exposed so it never occured to me that something was amiss (and i
didnt have k-mount lenses to compare with anyways).

I will try sometime tomorrow to check if i get any problems with the 2
ricoh bodies i now have (one has dof option, other doesnt).
