I am embarrassed to report that Nova Scotia, CANADA, was shut down -
again - a week ago by only four inches of snow.

crystalline flakes. Must be more ice mixed in with them. I can hear

I know it's a piddling amount of snow to the rest of y'all, but it's
really a big deal around here.
