any advice about how to get the eyes sharp and the tailed blurred (instead
of the other way around) would be appreciated.

My cat and I were hanging in the yard on this first truly warm day so far
this year and decided to try for some action shots. Didn't quite pull it
off though - not sure if I just blew it, or the K3 and DA 17-70 kept back
focusing, or if the cat was too fast. He gave me three tries though and
then light was too dim... Definitely something I will be working on in the
days ahead...
This is sorta like sports photography - any advice about how to get the
eyes sharp and the tailed blurred (instead of the other way around) would
be appreciated.
