Is anyone having trouble with this firmware update. I have— 1) held the MENU button and turned the camera on simultaneously, BUT I get no readings on the back of the LCD—that is, it doesn’t state which version I have. (Though under *Set-up 4* Firmware Info/Options it does state I have version 1.03., which is an update from the original version loaded at purchase of camera—AND I did not have a problem updating to version 1.03)
2) become concerned because if I can’t read anything on the back of the LCD then I won’t be label to see the options to select “START”; “NOW LOADING”; and “COMPLETE” 3) chosen the download “FOR WINDOWS/MACINTOSH” from the page Bruce posted. This is so odd; I’ve never ever had a problem with downloading and installing a firmware update. Any suggestions?
