In England that's the means of protecting trees that are of significant aesthetic or historical importance. It's in the village of East Claydon, Buckinghamshire.

I'm very pleased with the Fuji X range. I've got an X-Pro1 and the X-E1 as backup. It's smaller than the Pro, so is convenient for carrying in the bike bar bag. The Fuji prime lenses are of excellent quality; there are no fast zooms though, but I can live with that. I have no regrets dumping my Pentax kit. The few Pentax primes that I have kept work really well with a cheap-ish adaptor.
