Ken I know you commented too, but my phone deleted it. The clouds broke
late in the day so I got a little lucky & brought them out a little in
post. Thanks for commenting.

I didn?t look carefully earlier today. I thought they were all shots of one
bridge. The design does look pretty similar, if not identical.
They do look alike. Other than location the size & the roof line is the
big difference. Only one still allows vehicle traffic. Thanks for the look.

Yes - nice series - great that you had good light! I think I like the
view from inside the bridge the best... I remember going through many
covered bridges in the midwest in the 40's when I was little - we drove
around Iowa,Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin a lot. Wish my mother had
taken more photos of our surroundings rather than just me.
Thanks Ann, it was very overcast than cleared a little. I don't know,
some pictures of you as a young'in might be interesting. BTW when did
you first pick up a camera?
Nice images. I am familiar mostly with the covered bridges of New
England, although I have seen great ones in New Brunswick,
Pennsylvania, and, yes, even here in New Jersey.

New jersey has one of everything, I have been following that discussion
:). I only passed through once on my way to Canada so don't remember
much. These bridges are the only reason to get off the interstate in
this part of IA. Oh and John Wayne's birthplace is near one of the bridges.
