Yeah, it lost contact with the transmitter at that altitude. It's solution to loss of signal is to descend slowly until it lands within a few feet of it's launch point. It is supposed to get 800 meters, which is about 2600'. I might have been able to adjust the antenna a bit and gotten a little extra distance.
