Like Aaron, I had one and sold it.  My evaluation: 

 +) Very useful zoom range
 +) Great build quality
 +) Relatively fast F4.0 at 135mm
 +) Balances well with LX and Winder
 +) Nice image quality 

 -) Heavy
 -) Poor close focus ("macro mode" only at 28mm)
 -) Big front element (requires huge hood, expensive filters) 

Like all wide-range zooms, it's definitely a compromise lens.  Compared to 
other zoom lenses, I think you're trading the 135mm at F4 for weight, front 
element size, and lack of close focus.

stank for my purposes (I like getting close to things).  Build quality
