I am not 100% sure, I based the identification on the pattern
(and also on the fact that it is in Texas).

(no expert myself) it seems more like a house spider (Parasteatoda), in
which the females are commonly bulbous and patterned; i couldn't find a
shot closely matching the pattern on the abdomen but they seem to vary a
lot
