Actually the wrong way is for the bicycles and the one way streets are
at right angles - note the 7th and 2nd street signs, too.. it's our mini
ground zero. The wrong way sign for me is a comment on the sad
situation - but , in fact, the bike path , like Second avenue, is
suppose to be a one way path in the same direction - it is often
disregarded and that is particularly hazardous on these crowded city
streets...
