I like it as is. You might want to burn in the highlights and (maybe) midtones on everything behind her spine - mostly the guy behind her and the highlight on her bar stool. That reduces the distraction but preserves the atmosphere. I'd leave the bottom of the frame as is as the empty stool next to her adds to the mood.
