So I expect that all of you have been made aware one way or another of
the Nikon D5 and D500 cameras. Pretty much every electronics site that
it's my misfortune to belong to has sent me an announcement.
The specifications are quite impressive.
There's been a bit of noise on various Nikon fora in the past that the
K-5 and later the K-3 cameras had taken the mantle of the Nikon D300s as
the Top enthusiast/semi pro APS-C camera body. Seems that after
literally years of begging, by Nikon fanboys for a new D300s Nikon has
decided to reclaim that mantle.
I could be wrong but it looks like Nikon really does pay attention to
Pentax.
